Grounded & Growing: A Workshop of Sacred Land Connection & Plant Medicine

Join us for a transformative workshop that combines ancient wisdom and modern science.

Through grounding practices, exploration of your microbiome, and the healing power of plant medicine, you will deepen your connection to the land and cultivate a harmonious relationship with nature.

Embracing a Two-Eyed Seeing approach, we will draw from Indigenous knowledge and Western understanding to guide you on a journey of holistic wellness and profound connection.

There will be a Teaching on the Sustainable harvesting of Chaga & how you can prepare it.

We will end with a Sharing Circle lead by Elder Terry Muise.
